An Open Letter To The President, Congress and Supreme Court:
Sirs and Mesdames:
You have ONE JOB: Your only job is to do one simple thing, You SWORE an Oath to uphold and defend the United States Constitution. That is your only job: HONOR your Oath of Office and Protect and Defend the United States Constitution and defend the Liberty of the People. Anything else you do is inconsequential.
1. Prove the eligibility of Obama by showing a real Birth Certificate with real facts. The one on his website is not the official Birth Certificate.
2. Cease and desist all Co2 and AGW legislation until the Unbiased FACTS are revealed. Do a complete Investigation of Climate Gate
3. Cease and desist all deliberation on signing any treaty that cedes US Sovereignty: this includes Copenhagen Treaty, Codex Aliminatarius, Health care legislation, Jay Rockefeller’s internet control bill! This is an act of Direct TREASON ON YOUR PART if you or anyone CEDES US Sovereignty to any entity or acts Contrary to the Constitution.
4. CEASE and DESIST all unconstitutional laws that do not fall into Article I section 8 of the US Constitution. You have no authority to legislate on issues not specifically enumerated in the US Constitution.
5. Honor your Oath of office and OBEY Amendment 9 which states: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others RETAINED by the PEOPLE”.
And Amendment 10 which states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are RESERVED to the States respectively, or to the People”.
6. Repeal the Patriot act! It is unconstitutional because it violates the bill of rights right down the line. Do I have to remind you that Amendment IV states: The right of the People to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation , and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
7. Stay out of FREE SPEECH! Amendment I clearly states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceable to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”.
8. Complete Audit of the Federal Reserve. The FED is unconstitutional from the start. The genesis of the Federal Reserve was passed with 3 Congressmen in the dark of night. The constitution is very clear who is supposed to have the authority to coin money: CONGRESS! You must STOP making unconstitutional laws.
9. It is not Constitutional for you to allow the courts to pass laws according to Article III. You are overburdening the system with bills and laws you KNOW are unconstitutional. The Constitution does not give authority to you, our government representatives to lie to us and deceive us, nor does it give authority to the government to act without the consent of the people. When government no longer looks out for the best interest of the people, the government ceases to be the rightful, legitimate government, and as such, it is time to abolish the entire government. “But when a long train of abuses and usurpation , pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security”.

I agree with much of this, but the birther stuff is just stupid. He's a U.S. citizen, so get over it. The fact that you either can't stomach a liberal as our president, or that you can't stand for a black or mixed man being our president, doesn't change the fact that he was born in this country, and it's been proven over and over. So go find a country that only allows people to be voted in that YOU like, move there, and STFU please. Thank you.
If he is a citizen, why tell me, has he spent 2 million dollars to conceal that document? If you needed to show your birth certificate would you not be proud to show it right away? How much would you spend to hide your's?

He has done no such damn thing. And anyone who types "your's" instead of "yours" is standing on pretty shaky ground when trying to attack someone's intellect. Like I said, I agree with much on this page, but you shouldn't be surprised when someone calls you out on this birther stupidity. It was started by a bunch of rednecks who can't stomach the idea of a black president, and you fell for it, hook, line and sinker. Either that, or you're just like them. Either way, sucks to be you.

1st of all, seems like we should be able to discuss our points of view without resorting to name-calling...geesh!
I agree with everything Mr. Greg has written. It is time for the American people to come out of their slumber and act NOW against this corrupt government or we will be finding ourselves without any rights and so overburdened with taxes it would not make sense to work anymore...we can just sign up for one of Obama's entitlement programs and go back to slavery...yeah, that's the ticket.
Look up the Constitution Article II Section 1, paragraph 5 and tell me what that says. Then make your case with the available evidence.
Why should anyone care about the Constitution and what does it have to do with me? If we can ignore that section, why can't the US government just ignore, say, the 1st Amendment and shut down the internet? Or, Perhaps they could ignore the V Amendment and just take your property for what ever purpose they choose? Wait, They have already. It is time to stop the trampling of the Constitution.
I refuse to sit idle while I see my country turn into a Marxist, Socialistic cesspool. Every country that has violated property rights has turned into a Hell Hole and right now if we do not stand for the One thing that has protected our Natural rights for about 233 years......, we will lose the very thing that makes this country worth a damn.
@Jeremy: Let's look at this "stupid birther" joke from a different angle. Maybe it will help you to see. Is there ANYONE in the country that doesn't know/believe that McCain is 100% American, natural born? I don't think so. His life has been an open book to the American public for more than 20 years, good and bad. But he, a white American, decorated war veteran, had to go before Congress to prove he is eligible to be President. Why should Obama be any different? You people who criticize us for asking a simple question that has been asked of many Presidents/candidates over the last 200+ years, are the ones who are setting Obama on a pedestal, separate and above the laws that the rest of us follow. I have no problem with his being black (except that being the first, he has really done harm to black people, but that's a different story), or a mixed man, as you say. My own daughter is mixed, the exact same mixture as Obama (except West Africa, not Kenya)! But he has refused even the most basic investigation of his life, to which ALL candidates have always had to submit. I don't believe in racism. I don't believe in race; it's not in the Bible and it does not exist in my eyes. So therefore, I don't believe a black President should be given a pass on everything former candidates have had to do, just because he's black. Or for any other reason. The law is there for a reason. It should be obeyed. And where on earth do you have the audacity to say that Obama has NOT spent any money or made any effort to hide these things? It's a matter of public record, for the most part. A President that won't allow ANY of his medical records to be public? A President who won't allow his COLLEGE records to be public? What's he hiding, Jeremy?
The point of this letter I wrote was not to get off on a tangent of any particular issue today. The fundamental issue is to draw attention to the Supreme Law of this Constitutional Republic. We live in a land of Laws. Our leaders are supposed to be writing and passing laws that line up and are in agreement with the Supreme Law. But the reality is that most of them have completely lost track of their basic responsibility: To uphold and Defend the US Constitution and the liberty of the People. The courts have lost track of their job: to interpret the law as it was written and intended to be understood by the authors of the law. It is time for the People to begin to chose leaders who value the Liberty afforded by the Constitution.

The eligibility issue is not about where he was born, or if he is a US Citizen. The issue is: Is Obama a natural born citizen? That requires both parents be American citizens at the time of the individuals birth, and that the birth take place in the US. There must be total jurisdiction over the individual by the US at the time of his/her birth. By his own admission Obama had dual citizenship at the time of his birth. British and US. Look at it this way, if Osama Bin Laden impregnated an American woman, and that child was born in the US, the child would be a US Citizen but not a natural born citizen. To say that Obama meets the US Constitutional eligibility requirement is to say that the hypothetical child of Osama Bin Laden would meet the eligibility requirements to be president. The framers did not want the president of our nation to have split loyalties. This eligibility requirement is only for the office of the president.
I don't agree that McCain is a natural born citizen. He was born in the city of Colon Panama which is excluded from the treaty that governed the Panama Canal. That is to say that Colon was NOT under the jurisdiction of the US. Check the treaty our for yourself and you will see that Panama City and the city of Colon were specifically excluded. The Senate came up with SRS 511, which states that anyone born of 2 US citizens is a natural born citizen. They completely left out one important element, that the US must have total jurisdiction over the child at birth. McCain is a dual citizen, Panama and US. And just to keep things straight, SRS 511 is only an opinion and has no legal bearing. It was a way to fool the American public. Bottom line, neither candidate was or is a natural born citizen of the US.
I have determined that Congress is out-law. There is really one explanation for this: The individuals in Congress have someone pulling their strings. From my research in forensic Financial matters as facilitated by David Hawkins and Captain Field McConnell I have determined that it is necessary for all freedom loving Americans, and for that matter freedom lovers in the entire world to educate themselves in the matters exposed by Hawkins and McConnell and a fine starting place is http://www.abeldanger.net. I have listened to every single audio broadcast, and in some cases when possible live on Wednesdays at 2 to 5 EST and Hawkins has the most credible explanation of the Criminal Cabal running this country. The lawsuit by McConnell is the first step to regaining the Freedom we earned and were afforded by the protection of the enshrinement of protection of our natural rights given to us by God Almighty through Jesus Christ.
