So, here we are. One year later after the emasculation of the messiah we have his first State of the Union speech. Let’s not forget this falls on the heels of last week’s special election in Massachusetts which the Democrats are still reeling over.

After further review of the messiah’s national performance, and reflection on his past statements and policy endorsements it is amazing that he is able to put on his shoes much less tie his own laces. Let’s face it, where Obama goes so does the teleprompter. He is not even able to make simple presentations to small groups of people, INCLUDING CHILDREN OF ALL THINGS, without his right hand man-oh, sorry, Joe, nothing personal.

Can anyone tell me anything definitive of what he said during his speech? I guess the only crucial thing to remember is that he is Obama. What he says now is ‘gospel’ and what he said yesterday, last month or last year is irrelevant. What he says tomorrow, next month or next year will make what he said tonight irrelevant. Reality and truth is all relevant, especially if referring to moral relevancy in the Democratic Party. He is the messiah, therefore, he is the oracle of truth itself. Whatever the truth may be at the time he speaks it.

The teleprompter must by having a mental breakdown by now one would think. Obama talked about drilling for oil and tax cuts?! I suppose that is as politically expedient as anything else he has done, but will not sit well with his disciples on the far left, kook, fringe base. But, let’s be realists. They don’t believe him anymore than you or I do. It will be business as usual in a week or so plotting how to undermine our personal liberties and the Constitution even further.

One thing is certain, I am glad I do not depend on any politician, Democrat or Republican, conservative or liberal, to tell me what the truth is at any given time anymore. Why waste my energy listening to these dopes? The Republicans in large part have sold their souls to the devil, with a few exceptions. Thus, you have Fox News, talk radio, the internet and the Tea Party movement empowering people to seek the truth themselves without the direction of some schmuck in an expensive suite telling you what you need to hear or think.

What is most compelling in all of this is the art of saying what you mean and meaning what you say being lost. The ability to define oneself as a free agent with free will has been taken away once someone has been entrenched in power within the deep, dark bowels of Washington D.C. Most politicians are yes men(or women) to some person or group entity without any regard to what the will of the people is or what the Constitution says. With this in mind, that is why they can’t tell us the truth. The truth always sets the captives free.

I am thankful for one Truth that I do have in my life. The knowledge that God is ultimately in control of this mess. At the end of the day I can at least have peace in knowing that ‘the state of the union’ I have with God is intact. He has a plan. The question that remains is when will we as a nation return to God’s plan in our individual lives and as ‘ONE NATION UNDER GOD’. Until that happens there will always be liars and cheaters with a ‘D’ or a ‘R’ next to their name who we allow to lead us down a road of a state of “disunion’. That is why our Founding Fathers thought it was so important that we share this creed:
