When we look to the roots of this great nation and find a single icon that represents the spirit of America , the horse stands in a class by itself. Americans depended on the horse for virtually every aspect of their lives. From transportation to preparing the land for planting, the horse was ready to go. We can also look at our movie hero’s to find the horse standing as a partner with them, John Wayne, Roy Rogers, and yes even Ronald Reagan just to name a few.

What is it about the horse that makes me think of America ? Well let me tell ya partner: Have you ever watched a horse or even better a large herd of horses run freely over the open plains? Have you seen the pride they have in themselves as they race across fields? If you haven’t, you are missing something special and I hope you get to see it someday.

Saddle up America is here to reunite Americans with the freedom and spirit of the horse and to rally behind the principles of freedom expressed as only the horse is able to do. We understand that in this day and time everyone is not blessed with the chance to be around horses. But many have found their own expression of freedom through Bikes, cars, and other similar objects. We hope you choose to join us at one of our rallies as we gather to demand the Freedom’s guaranteed to us in the Constitution of this great nation. We hope to see you on horseback but if this is not possible, get there by any means necessary. We look forward to the fellowship.

If its a quarter horse or an old nag, a thoroughbred, or a pony, a bicycle, or your “Hog.” Mount up and ride to your capitol, your courthouse, your Town Common, your County Seat, your Nation’s Capitol.
